Murray, Ky.–Ja Morant returned to a hero’s welcome at the Murray State campus Friday, with huge crowds and Calloway County Judge Executive Kenny Imes and Murray Mayor Bob Rogers recognizing August 23 as “Ja Morant Day” in Murray. They also presented Morant with a key to the city. Morant returned as part of the Memphis Grizzlies’ Caravan which traveled to Murray on its tour.
