Ballard County, Ky.–A Dresden man has been charged with terroristic threatening after allegedly calling a bomb threat to a Ballard County, Ky. bank.
Robert Hubble, age 40, was charged with second-degree terroristic threatening and is still an inmate at the Ballard County Detention Center on $10,000 bond, according to jailers.
According to the Ballard County Sheriff’s Office, a bomb threat was received at the First Community Bank in LaCenter, Ky., on July 22. Employees and customers were evacuated while a search was conducted at the bank.
During the course of the investigation, the call was reportedly traced to a subject in Dresden. Contacted by Dresden Police, the suspect allegedly admitted making the call.
