TWRA Hunter Education Field Day:
Saturday, August 31, 2019 beginning at 1 pm at Covenant Ranch
Students 9 years old and older must take a TWRA approved online course prior to participating in the Field Day event.
Bring proof of completion to the field day event.
Students must pre-register for the event by going to www.tnwildlife.org and clicking on the “For Hunters” link, clicking on the “Hunter Education” link and then the “Find a class near me” tab.
Field Day consists of a short review, a 100 multiple-choice question test and a live firing exercise.
TWRA Hunter Education Classroom course:
October 7, 8, 10 and 12, 2019, ( Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) at Hulmes Sporting Goods in Paris.
Classes begin each night (Mon, Tues and TH) at 6 PM. Testing and a live firing exercise will be Saturday morning at 8 AM. Students must attend each night and Saturday morning.
