Union City, Tenn.—Samantha Veltri is the 2019 Obion County Fairest of the Fair and will reign along with her court: First Maid Kylie Baggett of Troy; Second Maid Briley Coffey, Troy; and Third Maid Alexia Barnett of Union City. Queen Samantha also is from Troy and is the daughter of Brenda and the late Lou Veltri.
Monday was a big night for the Fair, with two other pageants also held. Junior Miss Queen is Allie Vincent and Teen Fairest of the Fair is Cayce Campbell.
Monday night winners were: Ronda Crockett won the first of three riding mower giveaways this week; Darren Rhamy won the $1,000 cash drawing and Pete Kennedy won the Pick Tennessee Bucket.
