Mayfield, Ky.—A Mayfield man was arrested on drugs and weapons charges after a search warrant was executed at his home.
Timothy Hutchinson, age 46, of 915 Depot St., was charged with trafficking meth, cocaine, and marijuana, five counts of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Detectives from the Graves County Sheriff’s Office, Marshall County Sheriff’s office and troopers from the Kentucky State Police executed the search warrant around 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Hutchinson was located inside a detached garage at the property. Detectives found a large variety of illegal drugs including meth, cocaine and marijuana and various pills. They also found five handguns and ammunition.
Children also were found in the home but were left in the care of uninvolved adults, according to the Graves Co. Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation is continuing.
