Hickman, Ky.–A Hickman City Commissioner lost his life as a result of an early-morning single-vehicle accident today.
According to a Fulton County Sheriff’s Office press release, Phillip Williams died at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City after he was transported following the accident. The accident occurred around 6:15 a.m. at the intersection of Hwy. 125 and Hwy 166 in Fulton County near Hickman.
According to the sheriff’s office, Williams was the driver of the vehicle which was southbound on Hwy. 125, drove off the roadway and flipped several times.
