Paris, Tenn.–Paris city officials have announced that Farmers Home Furniture is locating at the former Fred’s Discount Store building at the corner of Jim Adams Drive and Volunteer Drive.
City Manager Kim Foster said, “We’re thrilled to have them move in. We just talked with them again this week and they said they’re hoping to be open by mid-September.”
Georgia-based Farmers Home Furniture was founded in 1949 and now operates 200 locations in the Southeast. The store sells a wide selection of furniture, including living room, bedroom, dining room, kitchen and laundry. It also sells other items, such as computers, TVs and cameras.
