Ribbon-Cutting, Open House At Weakley/Obion County Carl Perkins Center

Martin, Tenn.–The Weakley/Obion County Carl Perkins Center will be holding an open house and ribbon-cutting Friday, August 9.
Ribbon-cutting will be at noon, with tours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The center is located at 408 Lindell St., Martin.
