Paris, Tenn.- Fifteen contestants participated in the 4-H youth grilling competition at the 2019 Henry County Fair Sunday afternoon. Categories included beef, pork, poultry, lamb and open class. Contestants were judged on their recipe, taste, appearance, their fire building skills since they have to use charcoal and their food and fire safety skills.
