Arson Trial Ends In Hung Jury

Hickman, Ky.—The two-day arson trial of former Fulton Code Enforcement Officer Keith Curlin ended in a hung jury.
The trial began in Fulton County Court Wednesday, with testimony being heard from Curlin as well as numerous witnesses for the prosecution, including law enforcement officers and former fire department members.
The jury announced today it was unable to come to a verdict.
Curlin had been charged last year with arson, witness tampering, official misconduct, criminal mischief and wanton endangerment involving a fire on Walnut Street in Fulton that destroyed a home and damaged an adjacent home.
