Placing Red Sand To Symbolize Human Trafficking Problem

 
Paris, Tenn.—WRAP Director Brancy Patton, foreground, along with Henry County Sheriff Monte Belew and State Rep. Bruce Griffey, R-Paris, place red sand in the cracks on the courthouse sidewalk to commemorate the Red Sand Project which symbolizes the human trafficking problem.
