McKenzie, Tenn.–The Bethel University Bass Team is slated to be featured in three upcoming nationally televised programs.
The first show will be an episode Spiritual Outdoors.
This show will feature the Wildcats in a recent competition while fishing at the Oklahoma ranch of professional angler Jimmy Houston. Spiritual Outdoors is hosted by Dr. Jimmy Sites as he brings his Christian ministry to people through his hunting and fishing travels all around the globe. Spiritual Outdoors is aired on the Pursuit Channel.
The second show will feature the Bethel Bass Team as they fish with both Jimmy Sites and two time Bassmasters Angler of the Year Jimmy Houston while fishing on Jimmy’s private ranch in Oklahoma.
Jimmy Houston is one of the most recognized Anglers in the world and is a member of the Freshwater Hall of Fame, The Professional Bass Fishing Hall of Fame and the Legends of the Outdoors Hall of Fame. His long running television show, Jimmy Houston Outdoors airs on the World Fishing Network.
The third show which will be filmed in the upcoming spring will be an episode of Crappie USA. The episode will feature the Bethel team as they compete in three different Bass fishing tournament trails in the quest to win another national collegiate championship. This episode will feature the Bethel University team as Crappie USA promotes youth fishing in America.
Crappie USA is the largest Crappie fishing Trail in America and the show airs on both the Pursuit Channel and the Outdoor Channel.
