Camden, Tenn.–State Rep. Bruce Griffey, R-Paris, was among the large crowd of visitors on hand for today’s open house at the Benton County Rescue Squad to commemorate its 50th anniversary. Rep. Griffey presented a state resolution commemorating the occasion to Rescue Squad Captain Dwayne Presson. Squad members from all around the area were among those attending today’s event. Founding Members Jerry Farris and Don Unsell were on hand and visitors viewed the Rescue Squad’s equipment and vehicles that are used on their calls. (Bobby Melton photo).
