San Antonio, Texas–The 2020 schedule for the Bass Pro Shops Collegiate Bass Fishing Series has been announced and once again, Paris Landing State Park and Kentucky Lake is on the schedule.
This will be the 15th season for the Bass Pro Shops Collegiate Fishing Series and this seasons schedule will feature four major televised events. The four major events include the Texas Lunker Challenge presented by Mossy Oak Elements, Bass Pro Shops Big Bass Bash at Kentucky Lake Presented by Berkley, AFTCO Collegiate Bass Open, and the BoatUS Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship Presented by Bass Pro Shops.
All four of the Bass Pro Shops Collegiate Bass Fishing Series events will be considered majors again this year complete with large scaled media coverage ranging from national television, live streaming as well as all four will be counted as double point events towards the prestigious Bass Pro Shops School of the Year race.
The dates for the 2020 season are as follow:
- Texas Lunker Challenge presented by Mossy Oak Elements – February 23, 2020 – Sam Rayburn Reservoir – Jasper, TX
- Bass Pro Shops Big Bass Bash Presented by Berkley – March 14-15, 2020 – Kentucky Lake – Paris, TN
- BoatUS Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship Presented by Bass Pro Shops – May 21-22,2020 – Pickwick Lake – Florence, AL
- AFTCO Bass Fishing Open – October 10-11, 2020 – Lake Dardanelle – Russellville, AR
