Dover, Tenn. -Kirby Wallace, the subject of a week-long manhunt in Stewart and Montgomery Counties last year, entered guilty pleas at a Stewart County Circuit Court hearing today. With the guilty pleas, Wallace will face life in prison instead of the death penalty.
The charges against him in Stewart County included first-degree murder, felony murder, attempted first-degree murder and aggravated arson following the violent crime spree last year.
Wallace is expected to accept another plea agreement in Montgomery County Friday morning on more charges, including first-degree murder, that await him there.
