Paris, Tenn.–The Tennessee Highway Patrol has released the report on Friday’s accident in which a concrete truck overturned on Hwy. 69A.
Driver Michael McCurdy, age 49, of Camden, was airlifted to Vanderbilt Medical Center from the scene. Vanderbilt officials told WENK/WTPR that McCurdy was discharged from the hospital Saturday.
According to the patrol report, McCurdy was northbound driving a 2001 Mack Concrete Mixer on State Route 69A when it ran off the right side of the roadway and then over corrected. The vehicle came back onto the roadway, crossed the center line and then overturned.
