Paris, Tenn.–To get the Henry County community ready and excited for the upcoming Henry County High School Patriot Football season, the 2nd Annual Meet the Patriots Tailgate will be held this Thursday, July 25, at Patriot Stadium. This is a free event with food and plenty of activities.
Friends, family, and fans are encouraged to support their favorite Patriot players, cheerleaders, and coaches at the event. Several supportive businesses from around town have committed to participate in tailgating, along with other diehard Henry County fans and supporters.
The timeline for the event is:
Tailgating begins at 5 pm
Meet the Patriots at 6 pm
Patriot Football Practice at 7 pm
Fans of all ages, especially younger ones, are encouraged to bring a jersey or shirt, hat or football (or grab a FREE poster featuring this year’s seniors and football schedule) to get autographs and take photos with their favorite Patriot.
Load up your lawn chairs, blankets and tailgate with fans, friends, and family.
The first game of the upcoming season will be played Friday, August 23, at Haywood. The first home game this season is at Sept. 6.
