Henry Co. Sheriff's Office Presents Check For $10,481 To Fallen Metro Officer's Family

Paris, Tenn.–Henry County Sheriff Monte Belew and a contingent of deputies and officers presented a check for $10,481 to the family of fallen Metro Nashville Officer John Anderson in Nashville Monday.
A total $9,600 was raised at a benefit last week hosted by the sheriff’s office and Tosh Farms and according to Chief Deputy Damon Lowe, “More was added to it, so it came to a grand total of $10,481”.
Belew, Lowe, Captain Adam Jenkins, Captain Steve Dean, Sgt. Bryan Hall and Kitchen Manager Cliff Barker made a presentation at Officer Anderson’s shift roll call and with Nashville Chief Steve Anderson.
Lowe said they local contingent also met with Officer Anderson’s parents who he said were emotional when they presented the check to them.
