Paris, Tenn.–Henry County Circuit Court Clerk Mike Wilson asks Office on Aging Director Reginald Caldwell what type of toppings he wants while TARP Director Denise Wardle gets ready to serve the ice cream at Saturday’s Celebration of the Americans with Disabilities Act in downtown Paris.
