Buchanan, Tenn.–Paris Board of Public Utilities (BPU) Energy Advisor Barry Flood presents energy saving information to members of the Paris Landing Senior Citizens Center Tuesday. Some 15 members in attendance. Flood presented simple and cost effective was to reduce energy use at home and each attendee received a special Energy Saving Toolkit Valued at $20.
