Paris, Tenn.–The Paris TARP program will hold a celebration of the Americans with Disabilities Act on Saturday, July 13, with an Ice Cream Social and Silent Auction from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will be held at The Old Paris 5 & 10 on the court square at 110 W. Washington St. and will feature Sweet Jordan’s ice cream.
