McKenzie, Tenn.—The McKenzie Freedom Fest will be held Thursday, July 4, with activities, live music and fireworks.
The Festival is held at McKenzie City Park, but the children’s parade will kick off the event at 10 a.m. downtown.
From there, everything moves to the City Park where food vendors will be set up at 6 p.m., with opening ceremonies at 6:30 p.m., with announcement of winners of the children’s parade, Yard of the Month and Best Decorated Window.
The Legends will perform at 7 p.m. Fireworks will be at dusk and taps and closing ceremonies are at 9:15 p.m.
