Customer Injured When Shoplifters Flee Scene

Fulton, Ky.—A customer was injured at the Fulton Walmart Friday when two shoplifters took money out of a customer’s hands and then knocked the customer to the ground with their vehicle as they fled.
The two then led law enforcement on a high speed chase through Fulton, Hickman, Graves and Weakley Counties. One subject fled on foot and another is in custody.
The incident began Friday when store employees saw the pair shoplifting and called police.
Fulton Police said prior to their arrival at the store, employees attempted to stop the pair when they tried leaving the store and that is when one of the suspects knocked money out of the hands of a customer and fled the store, taking the money.
The customer chased the two into the parking lot to try and get the money back and the suspects knocked the customer to the ground with their car as they left the parking lot. The customer suffered minor injuries.
Police apprehended Brandy Arnett of Mayfield and she is charged with first-degree robbery.
The second subject is still at large and he is Anthony Travis of Dukedom. He is also charged with first-degree robbery and also has active warrants on him in Graves Co.
