Palmersville, Tenn.—A young Palmersville man has been arrested for assault after allegedly threatening to kill people with a knife.
Austin Joe King, age 19, of Webber Road, was charged with two counts of aggravated domestic assault.
King was arrested Saturday by Weakley Co. Sheriff’s Deputy Neil Cantrell on a report that two people had locked themselves in the home on Webber Road after King had threatened to kill them with a knife.
Cantrell said in the report that he could smell an odor of alcohol and that King appeared intoxicated.
