Paris, Tenn.- A ribbon-cutting for the FOOTBAR walker company in Paris was held Tuesday morning at their location at 130 Hwy. 69N in Paris. Creators Gary and Ann Morris were on hand along with officials with the Paris-Henry County Chamber.
