Union City, Tenn.—A Troy man was arrested after he was found passed out in a stolen vehicle in the Walmart parking lot in Union City on Thursday.
Christopher Nichols, age 39, told officers he had shot up meth the day before and was still high. According to the report, a consent search of the vehicle produced a black case containing one meth pipe, five needles, one spoon, two empty baggies, and one baggie with a substance that tested positive for meth.
The vehicle he was in was stolen from N. Home Street.
Nichols is charged with theft, simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
