Mayfield, Ky.–Graves County and McCracken County Sheriff’s detectives obtained a served a search warrant at a home in a residential neighborhood of Mayfield Wednesday night, resulting in the arrest of three on drug charges. The home is near Kiwanis Park and the Graves Co. Sheriff’s Office said meth sales were occurring at the house.
Arrested were Charles Moore, age 40; Jeff Brand, age 58, and Ricky Williams, age 44, all of Mayfield.
Det. Brooke Nelms, Dep. Chandler Sirls, Sgt. David Warner, Sheriff Jon Hayden,, and two McCracken Sheriff’s detectives served the warrant.
During the search, detectives located three persons inside the home, one hiding in a back bedroom. Methamphetamine was found in various locations throughout the home, some of which was located in syringes that were being used to ingest the drug. Two sets of electronic scales used to weigh the drug were located.
Detectives also located packages of Narcan, which is a nasal spray used to reverse suspected Opioid overdose. This product is commonly being carried by EMS personnel and law enforcement for use when encountering someone that has overdosed.
One of the suspects had a loaded syringe on his person inside the home.

Jeff Brand, age 58, of this address
Charges: Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Posession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a 3rd Degree Controlled Substance Aprazolam, and Possession of a 1st Degree CS Hydrocodone, and Possession of Marijuana.
Ricky Williams, age 44 of Mayfield
Charges: Possession of a 1st Degree Controlled Substance Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. There was also an outstanding warrant for his arrest active out of Graves County.
Charles Moore, age 40, of Mayfield
Charges : Possession of a 3rd Degree Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
All three suspects were transported and lodged at the Graves County Jail.
This investigation is continuing.
