Martin, Tenn.–A Martin couple was arrested on drug charges after a search warrant was executed at their home.
Marvin Borden, age 59, and Patricia Wecker, age 55, were arrested when investigators from the Weakley Co. Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 12495 Hwy. 45 north of Martin on warrants.
Borden was arrested in the back yard on a warrant out of Benton Co. and was found to have 5.5 grams of meth in his pocket. Wecker was arrested inside the residence on active warrants. Another search warrant was obtained for the house and during that search, pills, digital scales, meth pipes, and baggies and a small amount of meth was recovered.
According to the press release, both were out of jail on bond pending Circuit Court for other Weakley Co. drug charges. Both are charged with possession of meth with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.
