UCHS Key Club Keeps Busy

By Mike Hutchens UC Schools Communications Director
Union City, Tenn.–The Union City High School Key Club was a busy group over the past several weeks.

Earlier in the month, Key Club members visited UT Martin, touring the student recreation facility, library and on-campus housing and also taking a walking tour of the Quad.

The UCHS contingent – which numbered 100 students – finished their tour by having lunch in the food court and cafeteria.
Key Club members also made race signs and assisted with the Wags and Whiskers “Run for the Paws” 5K recently.
And, finally, the club presented a $200 scholarship to the graduating senior at UCHS with the most community service hours.
This year’s recipient is Carson Sinclair. Key Club President Parker Little presented the award.

This scholarship is funded by the fundraising efforts of the Union City High School Key Club members.
