Buchanan, Tenn.–The Nina and Pinta replicas have finally arrived at Paris Landing State Park and will be open for tours beginning at 9 a.m. Thursday. The Columbus ships will be staying for an extended period, though Wednesday, May 29, which will give residents and visitors coming to the lake area for the Memorial Day holiday plenty of time to see them.
The ships are docked in the marina area.
While in port, the general public is invited to visit the ships for a walk-aboard, self-guided tour. Admission charges are $8.50 for adults, $7.50 for seniors, and $6.50 for students 5 – 16. Children 4 and under are Free. The ships are open every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. No reservations necessary.
