Meth, Loaded Needles Leads To Arrest Of Big Sandy Woman

Paris, Tenn.–A Big Sandy woman was arrested on numerous charges after she was found in possession of liquid meth and loaded hypodermic needles during traffic stop Friday afternoon.
Amelia Shroats, age 35, of Old Homestead Rd., Big Sandy, charged with possession of meth with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear, and driving on expired driver’s license after the stop, which occurred on Savannah Drive.
Deputies found a bag of meth, another bag which contained three hypodermic needles which were already filled with what is believed to be liquid meth, a pipe and set of digital scales.
Bond was set at $25,000.
