Martin, Tenn.–Martin Police Investigators have made an arrest in the shooting that took the life of Luke Greene of 148 Meadowbrook Lane on May 11.
Police arrested Raschad L. Windham, age 20, of 3 Point Road in Martin. He has been charged with 1st degree murder and especially aggravated robbery.
The case is still under investigation and more arrests may be made. Windham is housed in the Weakley Co. Detention Center.
