Plenty Of Entertainment This Weekend At Annual Eagle Fest In Dover

Dover, Tenn.–Dover will be the place to be this weekend for the annual Eagle Fest celebration, which will have plenty of family fun, entertainment, live music, arts and crafts, special events–and Saturday night fireworks.
The event begins Friday, May 17, and goes through Sunday, May 19, with all activities at Dover City Park at 390 Colson Rd.
Everything begins Friday night at 5 p.m. with a talent contest, at 6 p.m. with a live band and 7:30, with a candlelight vigil and cannon firing.
Saturday activities begin at 10 a.m. with opening ceremonies. Activities open at 10:30 and go on all day, with pony rides, petting zoo, arts crafts, food, and all kinds of music. A cornhole tournament is at 2 p.m., with fireworks at 9 p.m.
Sunday activities begin with a church service at 10 a.m., with activities from 12-5 p.m. and the kids’ fishing tournament at 2 p.m.
