Union City, Tenn.—Barry Kendall has been named the new principal at Obion County Central High School after former Principal Dr. Greg Barclay was named Supervisor of Special Education for Obion County Schools, a position which was recently opened. Kendall has been assistant principal at OCCHS for the last few years and is a graduate of the school himself. Kendall, right, and Barclay at left, wish each other well in photo.
