Search For Stolen Motorcycle Leads To Drug Charges

Wingo, Ky.–A Wingo man was arrested on drug charges while deputies from the Graves Co. Sheriff’s Office and Fulton Co. Sheriff’s Office were searching for a stolen motorcycle.
Deputies responded to the home of Marshall Gibson, age 38, in Wingo, in reference to the stolen motorcycle.

The investigation led to a search warrant of the property. Items located during the search warrant included: suspected meth, various pills not in proper container, a handgun, a rifle, and drug paraphernalia.

 Gibson was arrested and lodged into the Graves County Jail. Charges: Possession Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, Illegal Possession of Legend Drug, Possession Controlled Substance 1st degree (meth), Prescription Controlled Substance not in Proper Container, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon.
The stolen motorcycle was recovered at a location in the Dublin community.
