Union City, Tenn.–Obion County Emergency Management Agency Director Danny Jowers is cautioning motorists to avoid State Route 89 between Kenton and Mason Hall this morning and into the afternoon. As of 9:30 a.m., he said a truck has overturned and the road should be closed for six to eight hours.
