Paris, Tenn.–Paris Police Chief Chuck Elizondo has issued a public letter, thanking everyone for their cooperation in making the just-ended World’s Biggest Fish Fry a success.
Here is his letter:
“I want to thank everyone for a Great World’s Biggest Fish Fry Week!
The crowds were up and crime was down. I attribute this to the professional law enforcement and
emergency services presence.
I want to publicly thank:
Every Police Officer and Dispatcher of the Paris Police Department for an awesome job.
Paris Public Works Director Philip Jesse and his staff for all the
work they did closing streets, putting up barricades and signage. Such as Great job making Paris look
clean and manicured before and after the parade!
