MARTIN, Tenn.– Diana Ramos Franco, of Troy, and Paige Russell, of Union City, have finished the University of Tennessee at Martin’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. This rigorous three-year program includes more than 900 hours of clinical experience and has produced high-quality nurses for more than 45 years. Thirty-two students completed the program this year and will receive their degrees during UT Martin’s commencement ceremony May 4.
