Paris, Tenn.–Becky Hedges waves to friends and well-wishers at Monday night’s Downtown Cruise In. The Cruise In, the first of the season, was dedicated to both the late Gaines Hedges and Vicky Muzzall, who were great supporters of downtown Paris events.
