Union City, Tenn.–A South Fulton man pleaded guilty to several sex charges and was entered into a three year judicial diversion program and placed on supervised probation. The guilty plea and sentence agreement was reached before trial was held in Obion Co. Circuit Court.
Eric Kyle Napier, age 56, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of sexual contact by an authority figure, two counts of indecent exposure and two counts of assault. Two counts of sexual battery was dismissed.
Napier also was assessed a $1,000 sex offender fine, $15 a month supervision fees, and sentenced to 100 community service hours. He also was ordered to have no contact with the 16-year-old victim.
