South Fulton, Tenn.–A South Fulton man has been arrested on charges of unlawful sexual contact with a minor. He was a guard at the Tennessee Department of Corrections in Tiptonville at the time of his arrest.
Edward Charles Taylor, age 30, of South Fulton, was charged with one count of second degree sodomy and one count first degree unlawful transaction with a minor following an investigation into allegations Taylor had exchanged nude photos with a 15-year-old male juvenile, who was a Fulton resident.
Taylor was taken to the Obion County Jail.
