Buchanan, Tenn.–A Dover man was extricated from his vehicle and transported to the Henry County Medical Center after a one-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon on Hwy. 79N.
Paris Landing Fire Chief Reggie Coles said his department, EMS, Henry County Sheriff’s Office and the Tennessee Highway Patrol were dispatched at 2:45 p.m. to 12625 Hwy. 79N in front of Security Bank.
Coles said arriving units found a black Toyota Camry in the ditch in front of Security Bank near East Antioch Road. The vehicle appeared to have crossed the center median and rolled multiple times. The driver, Seth Smith of Dover, was found in the vehicle partially trapped.
Smith was freed by fire department personnel and taken by ambulance to Henry County Medical Center where his condition is unknown. Paris Landing Fire Dept had one truck and six personnel on the scene for one hour.
