Paris, Tenn.—A Paris woman succumbed to injuries sustained in an accident in Henry Co. Tuesday.
Kenitha D. Desaulnier, age 57, died in the accident which occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Shady Grove Road.
According to Lt. Brad Wilbanks of the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Ms. Desaulnier was driving her 2007 Toyota Camry southbound on Shady Grove when her vehicle traveled off the right edge of the roadway. She then overcorrected to the left and drove completely off the left side of Shady Grove. After exiting the roadway, her vehicle struck a drainage culvert, went airborne and struck a tree head-on.
Ridgeway Funeral Home in Paris is in charge of arrangements, which were incomplete Thursday morning.
