Paris, Tenn.–The new mural depicting the history of entertainment in Paris over the years has been installed in the west alley in downtown Paris. A formal ribbon-cutting will be held at 4 p.m. April 5 during the April In Paris festivities. Created by Paris Artist Dan Knowles, the mural shows local entertainers, including Cherry Jones and Bobby Jones, former Henry Co. High School quarterback Marsalis Teague, performances at the former Crete Opera House, the return of the 1927 American LaFrance fire engine to Paris and more.
