Erin, Tenn.—St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner and a huge crowd was on hand for the Irish Celebration kick-off breakfast at Erin City Hall on Friday morning. Allen McCampbell was announced as this year’s Lord High Mayor for the festivities which are ongoing all week and will culminate in the 57th annual Irish Day Grand Parade and Arts and Crafts Festival on Saturday, March 16 in downtown Erin.
Grand Marshal of this year’s grand parade will be Congressman Mark Greene. The grand parade will be held at 10 a.m. and the Leprechaun Parade will be held at 10:45 a.m. The day also will include a dance and demolition derby.
