City of Paris, BPU To Host Tree Giveaway

Paris, Tenn.–The city of Paris and the Paris Board of Public Utilities (BPU) will be co-hosting a tree giveaway Friday, March 22.
Called “Rooted In Paris”, it will be held at two different locations and 300 trees will be given away. They will include Northern red oak, Eastern redbud, pine and wild plum trees.
BPU will host their giveaway in the alley next to the BPU Main Office at 117 E. Washington St. and the city will hold theirs in Eiffel Tower Park at 1020 Maurice Fields Dr. The BPU giveaway will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the one at Eiffel Tower Park from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
