Paris Couple Held On Aggravated Child Abuse Charges

Paris, Tenn.—A Paris couple are being held on $200,000 bonds each following their arrest for aggravated child abuse.
Mark Pierce, age 33, and Jessica Woodworth, age 36, of N. Brewer St., were arrested at the Henry County Medical Center. The investigation is being conducted by Paris Police Investigator Derrek Colley.
According to Captain Ricky Watson, the allegations involve physical abuse of a 20-month-old infant.
