Paris, Tenn.—Crews from Southern Concrete in Paris were busy Thursday applying cement for the new parking area under construction on the southwest section of the Henry County Courthouse lawn. As WENK/WTPR reported last week, the project is being paid for through a court security grant and will provide a more secure area for the judges and law enforcement to park.
