Paris, Tenn.—Funds raised at the 2018 Annual Jeff Hamlin Memorial Golf Tournament were given to Paris Fire Chief Michael Williams from Dan Jackson, a representative of the Henry Co. Random Acts of Kindness organization.
The funds will be distributed to volunteer fire departments in the county in memory of Paris Assistant Chief Jeff Hamlin, who died in 2014.
In addition, a $600 check from the t-shirt sales was sent to The Tennessee Fallen Firefighter Memorial located in Middle Tennessee by Andrea Lamb of Paris.
Eight $1,000 checks will be distributed to the Oakland, Springville, Mansfield, Henry, Como/Ore Springs, Cottage Grove, Puryear and Paris Landing Volunteer Fire Departments.
