South Fulton, Tenn.—As has happened so many other times over the years, the ‘twin cities’ of South Fulton, Tenn., and Fulton, Ky. are again experiencing flooding with the massive amounts of rainfall our area has experienced.
Joni Yates captured these photos of the widespread flooding which show how people are coping: the photo of a little boy and father in an orange kayak was taken on Central Avenue in South Fulton, while the man in the red kayak was seen floating in a back yard behind College Street in South Fulton.
